POLICY 4 — SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders above ₹1,499: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹1,499: Flat shipping charge of ₹99

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Shiprocket-affiliated services depending on your location and pin code serviceability.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges in such cases will be borne by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the package will be held at the courier facility for a limited period before being returned to us. In case of return due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before re-dispatch.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at elegantbiohealth@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier partner. Claims made after 7 days will not be entertained.
All serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
