At Elegant Bio Health Pvt. Ltd., we take great care in manufacturing and delivering ELECAN™ to the highest quality standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
 
GENERAL POLICY — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
 
All sales of ELECAN™ are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed, confirmed, and/or delivered. This policy exists because ELECAN™ is a consumable nutraceutical product and we cannot guarantee the integrity or safety of any product once it has left our facility and been delivered to a customer.
 
By placing an order on elegantbiohealth.in, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return, no-refund policy.
 
WHY WE HAVE THIS POLICY
 
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons — consistent with FSSAI regulations and standard industry practice for consumable dietary supplements — we are unable to accept returned products. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we cannot verify that it has been stored correctly, remains tamper-free, or has not been used or partially consumed.
 
EXCEPTIONS — THE ONLY CASES WHERE A REFUND WILL BE CONSIDERED
 
We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following strictly limited circumstances:
 
1. Damaged or defective product: If your product arrives physically damaged, tampered with, or with a broken seal, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing elegantbiohealth@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
 
2. Wrong product delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
 
3. Product not delivered: If your tracking shows delivery confirmed but you have not received your order, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our logistics partner. If confirmed as undelivered, we will reship the order once.
 
WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
 
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with results or effects of the product
- Allergic reactions or adverse effects (please consult your physician before use)
- Products purchased from any third-party seller or platform
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Orders where incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
- Products held at customs or delayed due to regulatory reasons
 
IMPORTANT NOTE ON RESULTS
 
ELECAN™ is a Dietary Nutritional Food Supplement. Individual results vary significantly based on health status, lifestyle, diet, and consistency of use. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
